The www.e-customs.ro site is managed by ECS Logistics S.R.L., hereinafter referred to as ECS LOGISTICS, with headquarters in Galati, Domneasca nr. 15, registered with the Trade Registry under no. J17 / 337/2012, having the Unique Registration Code 29965504.
Using the site as a visitor, submitting offers or informing through the forms on the site implicitly implies acceptance of these terms and conditions, with all the resulting consequences.
Any other communications or materials you submit to us (questions, comments, suggestions, or other messages of this kind) will be considered as non-confidential and unprotected by determined intellectual property rights.
The purpose of the site is to inform visitors about the offers / services offered and information about the company, without the need to create an account. Any use for any other purpose is not allowed.
Access to the information displayed on www.customs.ro is free of charge.
Any copy of the information contained in www.e-customs.ro for any purpose other than for personal use without our written consent constitutes a violation of the copyright law.
ECS LOGISTICS may make changes to the content of the site at any time, changes in structure and accessibility, may interrupt the provision of information on the site without prior notice and without notice to users or third parties. 2. Services and pricing policy
The service and offer prices submitted by ECS LOGISTICS are customized for each visitor who makes a request and is sent by e-mail.
3. Privacy and protection of personal data
According to the requirements of Law no. 677/2001 on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, amended and supplemented and of Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector ECS LOGISTICS has the obligation to manage safely and only for the specified purposes the personal data you provide us about you.
ECS LOGISTICS also complies with REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

3.2 Required data
ECS LOGISTICS requires visitors only if they voluntarily use the CONTACT form on the CONTACT page for the following personal data:

For security reasons, customer data can only be accessed directly by ECS LOGISTICS representatives. Upon request, visitors can be informed about, or may request to update their personal data free of charge.

3.5. How can I delete my data?
Send an email at email@example.com with the ‘Delete Data’ option and specify the name and email address you wish to delete from the database.
4. Using Cookies
What are Cookies and what do I use?
The cookie is a small text file that is saved at the request of the internet server to the internet browser running on a user’s terminal. The cookie is completely passive, does not contain any software, can not access your hard drive, it is NOT a virus or spyware.
Cookies are use to store a user’s options when browsing an internet site. Suppose that our site is browsing two users at once. With cookies and sessions, we make sure that every user sees only his products in the basket, not the other. Also cookies installed by the browser on the user’s terminal, retrieve the preferences on our site, so that they can provide a better experience for the customers who return to the site. If the conflict has not been settled amicably, the jurisdiction lies with the Romanian courts, according to the legislation in force.
